Vue International today announces a new organisational structure at head office to support the significant growth and expansion of the business.
A new Group Commercial function has been put in place to bring key commercial areas of the business together and standardise working practices. Alongside this the current Commercial Director for Vue UK and Ireland, Dominic Rowell, has been promoted into a newly created Group Commercial Director role to oversee the new structure.
Dominic’s remit will include commercial management across the international portfolio of screen content, pricing, retail, CVM, brand, corporate sales, marketing and PR.
Dominic has been Commercial Director for Vue International’s UK and Ireland portfolio since 2015 and brings to the Group a wealth of experience with many proven successes in Vue’s UK and Ireland territory. Alongside this Dominic has had significant achievements in his previous roles at Metro, Lonely Planet, Sainsbury’s, Carphone Warehouse and McDonalds. Dominic will be reporting into COO, Steve Knibbs.
Alongside these changes a new Group Property and Investment function has been created to centralise all property matters. Geoff Moore as the Group Executive Director for Property and Investment will assume direct responsibility for this function. Joining him will be a newly appointed Group Director of Property.
A newly created Director of Strategic Planning and Development role will see Ramneet Bassi promoted from his existing role as Director of Group Financial Planning & Analysis. Alongside this the Director of Strategic Projects and Analytics Dan Mays will take on an expanded role with additional strategic responsibilities. Both roles will report into Deputy CEO Alan McNair.
The expansion of the Group reflects Vue’s successful growth strategy. Steve Knibbs, Chief Operating Officer at Vue International commented:
