This month, one of the year’s most hotly anticipated blockbusters is coming to the big screen – and tickets for this are on sale now for all Vue sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
Tenet arrives at all Vue venues from Wednesday 26 August, where film-goers will be able to see director Christopher Nolan’s original sci-fi action spectacle.
What’s more, following the successful re-opening of 10 sites across the UK already, Vue has announced plans to reopen its remaining venues to film-lovers across the country in two phases, on Friday 21 August and Wednesday 26 August.
Cinema fans can look forward to returning to the ultimate big screen experience in spectacular style by escaping to the mind of cryptic filmmaker Nolan.
John David Washington stars as Nolan’s new Protagonist, alongside the likes of Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Martin Donovan, Fiona Dourif, Yuri Kolokolnikov, Himesh Patel, Clémence Poésy, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, with Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh.
Armed with only one word – Tenet – and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real time. Not time travel. Inversion.
As well as Tenet, Vue is bringing a number of fan-favourite films back to the big screen, with tickets on sale soon. This includes a selection of films across a catalogue of genres. Those interested in Family Treasures can look forward to the Harry Potter series; Fan Favourite’s such as La La Land return for easy-goers; film-buffs can lose themselves in the works of Iconic Filmmakers like Christopher Nolan; and big-screen addicts will be excited to see Cinematic Classics like Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, showing back on the big screen, where they belong.
