Arts Alliance Media Agrees Partnership with CIELO to Bring Best in Class NOC Solution to Exhibitors

Arts Alliance Media has agreed a strategic software partnership with CIELO
London, UK ( February 22, 2022 ) -

Arts Alliance Media (AAM), the global leader in digital cinema software and support services, has agreed a strategic software partnership with CIELO, a global leader in cloud-based monitoring and analytics software.

Drawing upon each other’s technical and industry expertise, the newly formed alliance will enable the deployment of a new and improved, cloud-based Network Operations Centre (NOC) solution, helping exhibitors to centralise asset management and put an end to potential show stoppers.

While delivering an all-inclusive asset management tool to market, the collaboratively developed Lifeguard software will present new and existing customers with an enriched user experience.

“We are excited to bring together two of the industry’s leading software companies to deliver even more value to exhibitor partners”, said Guillermo Younger, Founder and CEO of CIELO. “With this partnership, Arts Alliance Media customers will now have access to state-of-the-art monitoring and analytics for their cinema operations to reduce preventable issues and save them money.”

Offering over 30 operational reports to help identify the issues that matter and manage theatres more efficiently, the reinvigorated Lifeguard presents a one-click remote for every digital device within an organisation, enabling comprehensive visibility and meticulous monitoring. As a cloud-based solution, exhibitors can enjoy easy installation with no hardware required.

To allow potential suitors to experience the revitalised functionality and interface for themselves, AAM customers who do yet own Lifeguard can trial the new software for free.

Dale Miller, Chief Commercial Officer at Arts Alliance Media added, “providing exhibitors with a flawless solution that maximises hardware performance and reduces missed shows and lost revenue is our foremost priority, and our partnership with CIELO facilitates that.

Together, we’re confident this revitalised Lifeguard package offers exhibitors the tools required to operate without compromise.”

Arts Alliance Media and CIELO will continue to explore other areas of co-operation to further enhance the exhibitor experience.
