Taiwan’s leading cinema circuit extends its commitment to AAM’s theatre management system across 121 screens
Arts Alliance Media (AAM), a division of Qube Cinema, today announced that Showtime Cinemas, one of Taiwan’s leading premium cinema circuits and a pioneer in immersive cinema technologies, has signed a long term Screenwriter Theatre Management System (TMS) agreement. DACOMS Technology, Taiwan’s leading AV systems integration company, facilitated the agreement as technology integration partner.
Showtime Cinemas operates 165 screens across 15 locations throughout Taiwan and has established itself as one of the country’s leading premium cinema exhibitors. The circuit has consistently invested in next-generation cinema technologies, bringing immersive formats such as ScreenX, 4DX, ULTRA 4DX and Dolby Vision+ Dolby Atmos to audiences while continuing to elevate the overall moviegoing experience.The long-term agreement reflects the circuit’s continued confidence in Screenwriter as the operational backbone for its on-site content management, KDM workflows, and playback scheduling.
Screenwriter enables Showtime Cinemas to centralise theatre operations from a single hub, automating workflows across all screens, monitoring playback in real time, and ensuring smooth content and KDM management across every location.
