Arts Alliance Media (AAM), the global leader in digital cinema software and support services, has announced a cooperation agreement with CGV, the largest multiplex cinema chain in South Korea.
The cooperation focuses on the CGV cinemas in China, including all cinema companies and their branches and subsidiaries directly or indirectly invested by South Korea's CJ CGV Co., Ltd. in mainland China.
With the help of Screenwriter, AAM’s Theatre Management System (TMS), and NOC, CGV will gain visibility and control over all automated content in their cinemas in China. CGV can also fully improve their management efficiency while offering their customers a high-quality viewing experience.
Responsible for scheduling features, trailers, and adverts, monitoring screens, and controlling playbacks for over 45,000 screens worldwide, AAM’s Screenwriter remains the most powerful, widely employed TMS in the world.
AAM's NOC only needs a central hub, and theatre managers can complete all the work for centralised theatre management. The tailor made pioneering automation functions can simplify repetitive work processes, improve efficiency, and allow on-site staff to concentrate on providing the audience with a high-quality viewing experience.
As a professional and international chain and cinema brand, CGV currently has 420 high-end cinemas and 3,239 high-quality screens around the world, including those of the CGV Mars Cinema Group who already employ AAM’s industry-leading theatre management services. CGV and AAM will upgrade the viewing experience for Chinese audiences and redefine the cinema's projection management, with CGV's brand concept "moving beyond movies" vividly providing customers with an unforgettable cinematic movie.
