To mark the launch, Unique X has also signed a long-term agreement with Cinemex, one of the world’s largest cinema operators, which becomes the world’s first Love Cinemas client.

Self-service cinema advertising from Love Cinemas will be available on all 2,427 Cinemex screens throughout Mexico. This groundbreaking self-service cinema advertising platform introduces a new commission-only commercial model. Love Cinemas means local and national brands can finally buy cinema inventory with unprecedented ease and transparency. Unique X will be officially launching Love Cinemas at CineEurope 2026 in Barcelona, where the platform will be demonstrated for the first time.

At the heart of Love Cinemas is an agentic AI assistant that guides advertisers through every step of campaign design and management. From concept to creative to optimisation, the AI assistant does the heavy lifting — recommending audiences, shaping campaigns and managing them in-flight — so that launching a cinema campaign is as simple as having a conversation.

Cinemex, which is already an Advertising Accord customer for direct sales, will activate Unique X’s Programmatic service, providing true real-time, bid-based cinema advertising, running seamlessly alongside Love Cinemas self-service platform by connecting to the programmatic ecosystem of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply Side Platforms (SSPs). Love Cinemas leverages Unique X’s core technology stack, including Advertising Accord, MovieTransit for electronic DCP content delivery, and the RosettaBridge Theatre Management System (TMS). Crucially, Love Cinemas features Unique X’s new DCP auto-generation tool, ensuring that campaigns transition seamlessly from purchase to screen without manual intervention.
