Expansion strengthens Screenvision’s luxury cinema footprint and extends agreement through 2031

New York ( September 4, 2026 ) -

Screenvision Media, a national leader in cinema advertising and premium entertainment experiences, today announced an extension of its longstanding partnership with CMX Cinemas, expanding its network to include CMX’s newly acquired iPic Entertainment locations and extending the overall agreement through April 20, 2031. The amendment brings nine iPic locations into the Screenvision network, adding 73 screens and robust annual impressions while strengthening the company’s presence in key luxury entertainment markets across the United States.

The newly added iPic locations include premium destinations in the New York, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Atlanta DMAs, among others, further expanding Screenvision’s reach among highly engaged moviegoing audiences. With the addition of the iPic portfolio, CMX now operates 30 theaters and 299 screens nationwide.

“We are thrilled to extend our partnership with CMX and welcome the newly acquired iPic locations to the Screenvision network,” said Darryl Schaffer, Chief Partnership Officer, Screenvision Media. “This expansion strengthens our presence in key markets and allows us to bring Screenvision’s premium show experience to even more moviegoers. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with CMX while creating new opportunities for advertisers to connect with highly engaged audiences in these luxury cinema environments.”

As part of the renewed agreement, Screenvision Media and CMX have aligned on an updated show format across the entire circuit, designed to enhance the guest experience and maximize value for advertisers. The revised format includes a preshow ending at published showtime, and exclusive premium advertising placements. The enhanced structure reinforces both companies’ commitment to delivering a premium entertainment environment for audiences and brand partners alike.

“Screenvision has been a valued partner, and when we acquired the iPic locations, it made perfect sense to bring them into our existing agreement,” said Anthony Petitone, Vice President of Marketing, CMX Cinemas. “Their engaging preshow is a great fit for our audiences, and their expertise in attracting and integrating luxury brands makes them an exceptionally strong partner for our premium locations. We’re excited to extend our relationship and continue delivering an elevated entertainment experience for moviegoers across the CMX, CineBistro and iPic brands.”

The addition of iPic further enhances Screenvision Media’s premium advertising portfolio, providing marketers with access to affluent audiences in luxury dine-in and elevated cinema environments. New locations include iPic Hudson Lights in Fort Lee, New Jersey, serving the New York DMA, as well as flagship venues in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Washington, D.C., South Florida, and other major metropolitan markets.

“Our partnership with CMX continues to evolve alongside the changing entertainment landscape,” added Schaffer. “By bringing these iconic iPic locations into our network, we’re expanding opportunities for advertisers to engage audiences in premium environments while delivering the elevated moviegoing experience that consumers increasingly seek.”
