VOX Cinemas, the dedicated cinema arm of Majid Al Futtaim officially opened its tenth cinema in Riyadh at Century Corner, King Fahad Road as it continues to expand its footprint across the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030. VOX Century Corner is a state-of-the art cinema designed with comfort in mind and upgraded experiences across all offerings.

The inauguration was attended by members of the Majid Al Futtaim Executive Leadership Team including Ignace Lahoud, Chief Executive, Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment, Anmar AlQurashi, Country Head – Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment and Khalid Al Ajmi, Country Head – Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait, Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

Centrally located at Century Corner Riyadh, a premium lifestyle destination, the 10-screen cinema features five Standard auditoriums as well as signature concepts including THEATRE, where guests can enjoy gourmet food in a luxurious setting and a 10-seater Private Cinema, which is perfect for social gatherings and family entertainment. The biggest blockbusters deserve the biggest screen and IMAX® with Laser technology provides next generation laser projection and multi-channel sound system developed from the ground-up to deliver crystal clear, lifelike images and precision audio for an unrivalled moviegoing experience. Guests can also choose from a wide selection of cinema snacks at the Candy Bar.

VOX Cinemas now has a total of 164 screens across 16 movie theatres in six cities across the Kingdom. It also operates the cinema at the recently-opened VIA Riyadh, which is considered one of the most luxurious cinemas in the world. Renaissance Theatres presented by VOX Cinemas features seven private auditoriums, each with distinctive themes and designs such as Orient Express, a retro-style theatre with vintage sofas, armchairs and recliners, double lounge beds and Lazy Boy seats.
