Jim Rygiel and Stephen Castor were honored to serve on both the CICAF (Hangzhou) and the ITSFF (Beijing) Film Festival Juries.

CICAF celebrated its 18th anniversary and has become the largest, most popular and influential animation event in China. It plays a pivotal role in advancing the development of the Chinese animation industry. The event drew over 16,500 visitors onsite as well as over 13 million visitors online. Jim and Stephen were honored with Golden Monkey King Lifetime Achievement Awards.

ITSFF celebrated its 6th anniversary. It is organized together by the Beijing Culture, Shanghi Culture and the Beijing Normal University. ITSFF brings filmmakers together from around the world. Since it’s inception there have been over 1500 entries from over 91 countries. There are no restrictions on theme, and the film categories include animation, drama, comedy, documentary and experimental. The festival provides young filmmakers from across the world with a venue to showcase their talents. Jim and Stephen honored to be awarded both Honorary Academy Awards as well as Angel Awards.
