Angelika Film Center celebrates the Academy Awards with themed sweepstakes, menu specials, and screenings across all locations

Themed sweepstakes, concessions offers and special screenings on nominated films

NEW YORK, NEW YORK ( January 31, 2025 ) -

In honor of Hollywood’s most anticipated annual event, the Angelika is rolling out the red carpet for moviegoers with Academy Awards-themed sweepstakes, menu specials, and screenings at all Angelika Film Center locations including Angelika New York, Village East Cinemas and Cinema 123 in New York, Angelika Dallas, Angelika Carmel Mountain (San Diego), Angelika Mosaic (Fairfax, Va.) and Angelika Pop-Up (Washington, D.C.)

Now through Sunday, March 2—the night of the big event—guests purchasing tickets to any Oscar-nominated film can take advantage of an all-day Happy Hour with 25% off any food and beverage order, including cocktails, chef-curated dishes at select theaters, or concessions classics like hot, fresh popcorn.

Movie lovers can also enter the Angelika Ballot Sweepstakes for the chance to win a $500 Angelika e-Gift Card. Award prediction ballots can be filled out online through each theater’s webpage, one entry per person, and must be submitted by 9 a.m. (EST) on March 2. The lucky winner will be selected by random drawing and there is no purchase necessary to enter.
