Temporary Closure of TGV Cinemas Locations in MCO-affected Areas With Effect From May 6th and 7th – Ending May 17th and 20th Respectively

KUALA LUMPUR ( May 5, 2021 ) -

Following the most recent announcement by our Senior Minister (Security), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, TGV Cinemas will temporarily suspend operations at cinemas located in the areas affected by the imposed movement control order (MCO) from 6th to 17th May 2021 for Selangor and 7th to 20th May 2021 for KL, Johor, Perak, and Terengganu.

Locations outside of the impacted areas will continue to operate and are noted as below.

  2. TGV Kinta City
  3. TGV Station 18
  4. TGV Klebang
  5. TGV Seri Manjung
  6. TGV 1st Avenue
  7. TGV Gurney Paragon
  8. TGV Bukit Mertajam
  9. TGV Seremban 2

All open locations will continue to operate following standard operating procedures, for information of movies playing and session times customers are requested to visit the TGV website or app.

TGV popcorn pop-up booths will continue to be operating at the malls in MCO-affected areas, guests craving Malaysia’s Favorite Cinema Popcorn can also order TGV food and beverage items for home delivery over the MCO period via GrabFood and foodpanda.
