GENDA GiGO Entertainment Co., Ltd., a group company of GENDA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nao Kataoka; President: Mai Shin); GENDA GiGO Entertainment) established Dinos Cinema Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, President: Shinichi Sasaki, hereinafter Dinos Cinema) on August 22nd of this year, which is 100% owned by the company. In addition, today, part of the shares of Dinos Cinema held by GENDA GiGO Entertainment will be transferred to Sasaki General Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, President: Takehiko Sasaki, hereinafter Sasaki General Management). We are pleased to inform you that we have signed a contract.

Overview of Dinos Cinema Co., Ltd.

A company established by both GENDA GiGO Entertainment and Sasaki General Management to operate the movie theater business. As of October 1, 2018, Dinos Cinema will take over the movie theater business that Sugaidinos Co., Ltd. has been operating in Hokkaido for many years. Sasaki Kogyo Co., Ltd. and Sasaki General Management operate 14 cinema complexes nationwide under the Cinema Sunshine brand, including Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro. We aim to grow as a facility that can be enjoyed.

(1) The name of the newly established company was described as “Sugai Cinema Co., Ltd. (tentative)”, but the new company has been officially registered as “Dinos Cinema Co., Ltd.”.
(2) The date of succession of the movie theater business from Sugaidinos Co., Ltd. to Dinos Cinema was stated as September 30, 2022, but it will be changed to October 1, 2022.
? Sasaki Kogyo Co., Ltd. was described as the transferee of the shares held by GENDA GiGO Entertainment, but we resolved to transfer the shares to Sasaki General Management.
