The company has been acquired from Patricia Boucher by new partners Scott Kimber, President, and David Ballew, Chief Operating Officer. The new leadership team brings extensive experience in cinema technology, engineering, consulting, project management, and national
service operations.
American Cinema Equipment Inc. will continue operating with its existing team and nationwide service network, maintaining its commitment to delivering reliable equipment, responsive technical service, and long-term support to theaters and entertainment venues.
