Fandango’s First-Ever Movie Merchandise Marketplace Includes Wearables, Collectibles and Experiences Hand-Selected by Filmmakers, Studios and Fans

Fandango, the leading digital network for all things movies, today launches its first-ever online movie merchandise store, Fandango FanShop (FandangoFanShop.com), featuring specially-created collections of unique and exclusive wearables, collectibles, and experiences tied to theatrical releases and beloved movie franchises.

Today’s debut features limited edition and exclusive merchandise for the highly-anticipated summer movies, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” “Baywatch,” “Wonder Woman” and “Despicable Me 3.”

“At Fandango, we are always looking for ways to enhance the moviegoing experience,” says Fandango President Paul Yanover. “We’re very excited to launch Fandango FanShop as we help activate excitement for upcoming releases with hand-selected movie merchandise and experiences.”

FanShop’s launch catalog was influenced by a Fandango survey of more than 1,500 movie fans on the types of merchandise they would want from these upcoming movies. Some of the exciting offerings include:

Fandango will promote FanShop across the company’s digital network, and connect consumers directly to the store to peruse and purchase merchandise. In the near future, Fandango plans for fans to be able to purchase movie tickets and merchandise in the same transaction on Fandango, and buy merchandise with Digital HD movies on FandangoNOW, the company’s video on-demand service. Fandango also plans to offer movie ticket and merchandise bundles as special promotions and as gifts with purchase. Some of the movie ticket bundles may also include promotional codes for FanShop merchandise.
