(NYSE: AMC) (“AMC” or “the Company”), the largest theatrical exhibition company in the U.S., in Europe and in the world, and an industry leader in innovation and operational excellence, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, of $0.20 per share on shares of Class A and Class B common stock, its thirteenth consecutive dividend since the Company’s initial public offering. The dividend is payable in cash on June 19, 2017, to shareholders of record on June 5, 2017.
