"Inside Out 2" is the highest Pixar ticket pre-seller since "Toy Story 4"
Fandango, the nation’s leading online movie ticketing service, announced today that Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” outsold its predecessor, “Inside Out” (2015), in advance tickets at the same point in the sales cycle, five days out from its theatrical debut on Friday, June 14. Additionally, “Inside Out 2” is currently the highest Pixar film ticket pre-seller since “Toy Story 4” (2019), at the same point in the sales cycle.
“”Inside Out” united families and friends through shared emotions, and “Inside Out 2” is doing it again by exploring new emotional depths,” said Jerramy Hainline, EVP of Fandango. “Enthusiasm for the film is impressive as we prepare to dive back into the beloved world of “Inside Out”.”
Voted one of the most anticipated films of the year in Fandango’s 2024 Most Anticipated Movies Survey of over 8,000 moviegoers, “Inside Out 2” is paving the way for a strong opening. The sequel was also voted the #2 most anticipated comedy film this summer in a recent survey of over 2,000 Fandango fans.
“Inside Out 2” tickets are on sale now at Fandango, arriving in theaters on Friday, June 14th.
